You have found  peace
Now we will focus on your Bliss

What is important?

The question started me thinking. Our problem is one of priorities. So, what if we just changed our focus? What if we could briefly see what is in store for us when  we stop denying our reality. What if Peace was so easy, all we needed to do is change our mind?

I have decided to refocus this page and take some of the ideas we have been sharing in our regular meetings.
It does little good to look at a problem and not have a solution that will work ready to take the problems space.

Let's take a cold hard look at the problem.
(You are not alone, this is everyones problem.)

You are a victim. You have watched suffering and the struggle between good and evil, life and death and you are certain that life always loses, that you are doomed to suffer and then to die, with hardly any memory that you ever existed.
You cannot stop attacking your world and your experience of your world. You feel the best offense is a good defense. You have walled your emotions and only let them out when it serves your purpose. You feel that stuff and more stuff will make you feel better but only find the relief temporary.

You feel homeless, and without protection. You are at odds with your world and know you are powerless and a total victim. You have a firm set of beliefs and you will defend them all unto the death of you. Your life is a never ending parade of trials and suffering. You see no relief other than the occasional special relationship. A glass of wine, a pill, a puff. A new car or weekend trip takes you out of your thoughts briefly. Somehow you always end up with the same thoughts and no relief in sight.
Let us start with some positive steps that will show you that this is a nightmare and it is not your reality.
